Being a woman can be one of the most beautiful experiences, and at the same time, one of the most challenging. We’re often told how to behave, where to go, what to wear, and how to stay safe, yet even when we do everything “right,” our safety is still not guaranteed.

That reality can feel heavy and unfair. At times, it can feel as though our safety matters only to us.

At Cuppa Daisies, we believe it shouldn’t be this way. Everyone deserves to move through the world feeling confident, capable, and supported. We should be able to walk, work, travel, and live without feeling targeted or powerless.

While South Africa faces ongoing challenges around personal safety, particularly for women and members of the LGBTQ+ community, we focus on providing practical, everyday support to help you feel more prepared and confident as you go about your day.

Our hope is that you never need to use these items, but knowing they’re there can make a meaningful difference.

Safety tools are intentionally small, discreet, and practical. They’re designed to fit naturally into daily routines – clipped to keys, tucked into bags, or carried while walking, running errands, or commuting.
